Microbiology as a Basic and Applied Science has been considered as important discipline of Life Science. The Department of Microbiology is recently introduced in our college in year 2022 under the department of Zoology as self -finance course by the demand of students. UG course in Microbiology Department is offered by the college as the main subject according to NEP and PG course is runs according to Semester system affiliated to Barkatullah University Bhopal. The department of Microbiology is dedicated in providing high quality education and research for setting new landmarks in the field of biological science. After completing Under Graduate and Post graduate Degree Students get employment in various fields or can open their own startups like Food and Beverage industries, Pharmaceutical companies, pathology laboratories, Mushroom cultivation, agro industries, Dairy Microbiology, Genetic Engineering, Medical Microbiology, Water treatment system etc. Further, if students are interested in research career, they can easily choose biology without any hesitation because researchers directly or indirectly need expertise in Microbiological methods.
