In the Girls College Vidisha, department of Geography offers Graduation and Post-Graduation program under Arts Faculty. Graduation Program was started since the beginning of the college while Post-Graduation was started in the year 2012 as self-finance course on high demand of students.

Result of the department is almost 100 percent and students from this department also acquires ranks in the merit list of University. Dr.Malkhan Singh is the HOD and he is reach enough in teaching as well as research of the discipline. Departments promotes both theoretical and practical approach of learning and it has enough equipment to do practical. The department of Geography is committed to impart high quality education and research in an agreeable ambience to shape the future of the students on its rich repositories of fame and prestige.
